Last minute order for a friend whose husband passed. They didn't have exactly what I ordered via the website, they called immediately to let me know and guaranteed it would be just as nice as the picture on the website. I got my wife the "florist choice" bouquets and they were both very beautiful bouquets for a very fair price. She loved them both. Easy to order online and delivery was great. They are the flower shop to go to in Coles County and the surrounding area.

I had a beautiful arrangement online selected for delivery. I was quickly called and informed that they needed to replace a few of the flowers due to low supply. I asked for bright and beautiful and that's exactly what I got. My mom loved it. It was even better than the original picture. I called the night before and had to leave a message about changing the delivery address. They got the message and made the changes without any questions. Wonderful service and beautiful flowers. I couldn't have been happier. Will 100% use them again.

I'm giving 5 stars because the Patriotic Memorial arrangement was beautiful but I noticed there was a slight difference between the description/picture to what was delivered. I think I finally identified why. The description mentioned white gladiolus but I think ours was substituted with white snap dragons... So the white was a little bit less pronounced than the picture, but as I said, the arrangement was still gorgeous and I am happy with our purchase.
